Book Bingo Club!

It’s time to sign up for the Teen Book Bingo Club! Come to any library location, grab a card and start filling it up with stickers by doing various fun activities. To earn stickers you can read, listen to audiobooks, use the internet in fun ways, attend programs, and interact with our helpful staff. Grab a calendar to see what library programs are coming up!

If you black out two rows, columns, or diagonals, you will earn a reading medal. If you are able to black out the whole card, you will earn an “I READ” back pack– modeled here in this photo by some of those helpful staff members. Programs for teens the week of June 7 – 12:

Monday, June 7th
1:00 pm– Learn how to make balloon animals at East Regional Library

Wednesday, June 9th
1:30 pm– Make Edible Wetlands at St. Rose Branch
2:00 pm– Make a groovy Lava Lamp at West Regional Library
4:00 pm– Create an Altered Book at East Regional Library

Thursday, June 10th
1:30 pm– Make and launch a Bottle Rocket at St. Rose Branch
2:00 pm– Make some Candy Sand Art out of at Norco Branch
2:30 pm– Make Dad a Pennant for Father’s Day at Hahnville Branch

Book Club Bingo Medal Awarded

Tomonique is the first at St. Rose Branch to complete the Library Teen Summer Reading Book Club Bingo and receive a medal . Congratulations Tomonique!

How much farther do you have to go? Just complete two rows of activities on the bingo card. It’s easy and fun and will take you places you never thought you’d go!
