The library is launching a new teen newsletter in April! Included are a new books list, a D.I.Y. section, teen library program dates, and an open call for your original poetry. Look for it in the Bookpage and in the YA book shelves. 🙂
Hey, you. Don’t look so glum! Next week, November 12-17, is Fines Free Week at the library in celebration of Children’s Book Week (even if you are not a “children.”) We know you have better things to spend your hard earned cash on than a lousy fine (when it probably wasn’t even your fault to begin with.)
So gather up all those overdue library books collecting dust under your bed or hiding at the bottom of your locker and bring ’em back to us next week. For free! No questions asked! Free! All fines forgiven! Erased from your file! Forever! (Well, actually only next week.) But still, free!
Yeehaw!
